Compulsory purchase and compensation

We have experience of successfully acting for both ‘owner’ and ‘neighbour’ in party wall matters. The law states that provisions in respect of party walls should be made when excavating or constructing near to certain buildings or structures in separate ownership, or connecting party walls.
