We maintain separate clients' accounts and ledgers. Prepare and submit statements and accounts with balances and supporting invoices at agreed intervals, normally quarterly

We will collect rents, insurance and licence fees and other charges from lessees.

We can check tenants have current building and other insurances, such as public liability cover, on behalf of the landlord. We can inspect property periodically to ensure proper occupation and to check compliance with lease as to decoration and repairs. We will deal with routine management enquiries from tenants

We can make regular checks on the condition of the property.

  • production of annual expenditure estimates to calculate service charges and reserves; administration of funds and provision of information to auditors
